Picked Sites

Picked Sites is the number of distinct sites from which an Operator handled events during the selected period.

What it tells you

Higher values usually mean broader coverage. Consistently low values may mean an Operator is stuck on assigned sites or not participating in shared coverage, although dedicated-site roles can correctly show a low value.

How to use it

Compare Picked Sites with Unique Devices, Alarms Handled, and Avg. Processing Time. Investigate when all three are low relative to peers.
