Users and Shift Coverage

The Users panel shows who is signed in, each user role, and how many Operators are actively monitoring the current shift.

Status colors

Green means active in a shift and monitoring. Blue means online but not in an active shift. Orange means inactive. Red means offline. Being signed in is not the same as actively monitoring.

How to use it

Before peak hours, compare active Operators with unassigned sites and alarm load. Contact online-but-inactive Operators when coverage is short and reassign sites after a mid-shift disconnect.
