Verify your Email
Confirm the email address on your GC Surge account. When your account is created, GC Surge sends a verification email to that address. You can start using the platform right away, but confirming your email is what unlocks scheduled reports and notifications.
Before you begin
- Check your inbox — and spam folder — for an email from NXGEN Technology AG. titled "Verify your email address".
- The email may arrive within a few minutes of your account being created.
Steps
After you sign in, open the Home Dashboard and click Verify your email in the Getting Started Checklist. A reminder appears — “Action required: Verify your email to receive reports and notifications.” Follow its three steps:
- Open the verification email in your inbox.
- Click the Verify Email Address button in the email. A Checking your verification link… screen opens and confirms it automatically.
- Back on the dashboard, click I Have Verified My Email so GC Surge re-checks your status. Use Resend Verification Email on the same reminder if the email never arrived.
What happens next
- Your email address is confirmed and your account is active.
- You land on the Home Dashboard, where "Verify your email" in the Getting Started checklist is now marked as checked.
Verification link expired or email missing? Reopen the reminder from Verify your email in the Getting Started Checklist and click Resend Verification Email, then check your inbox and spam folder again.
