Verify Email
After completing registration, GC Surge sends a verification email to the address you signed up with. You must confirm this email before you can receive shift reports and scheduled notifications.
Steps
- Complete registration and phone OTP verification. A verification email arrives immediately in your inbox with the subject: Email Verification GC Surge Application.
- Open the email and click Confirm My Email.
- You are redirected back to GC Surge. Your email is now verified.
If You Skipped This Step
Your Home Dashboard shows an Email Verification — Action Required callout on first arrival. Click through it to confirm your email at any time.
The email also includes a Go to Dashboard button if you want to access the platform first and verify later.
If the Email Did Not Arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure the email address entered during registration is correct.
- Contact support if the email does not arrive after a few minutes.
